Fudge recipe on a headstone

I feel like I should make this just to be able to say a dead person taught me how to make it. Maybe I’ll do it for Halloween.

Yeah but it says pour on marble slab and that hilarious and also creepy.

That last one makes me so mad because unmalleableaegis could have used the hell out of it that one time. (Never forget Renfre’s lost bio!)

I used to be so into collecting comics, but now I only occasionally buy graphic novels. The price completely put me off. Only comic series I intend to pick up any time soon is the Fight Club follow up.

I was hoping to get into GotG before the movie’s out next week, at least to catch up a bit on the characters’ backgrounds, but that’s looking like an expensive proposition. I wish I could ‘rent’ them for a cheaper price, since I don’t need/want a digital comic collection even though I’d be happy to read them on my computer.

This website seems to be genuinely great for getting into/buying comics digitally because they have, like, a ton of stuff, good prices, and even put comics into collections to help out with reading/paying for them.

Man, it’s really expensive to try to get into comic books. The closest comic book store to me is two hours away and if I buy them digitally they’re $10+ for the more recent comics. Five volumes of the 2008-2010 Guardians of the Galaxy graphic novels is $50 which is… a lot to me? (I believe those are collections with ~5 issues each, so ~25 total issues)

But I’m not a comic collector, so maybe my opinion is skewed. I would love to jump in and read, especially if I could start from the actual 1960s beginning of a series like X Men and read them in chronological release order. But I know that’s asking a lot and would be very very expensive.

Not to mention, $2 for a digital issue means I’ll just have some sort of e-comic and that doesn’t seem nearly as good to me.

So there’s this video I’m trying to find. It’s some kid sitting on his couch and it’s like some basic Spanish phrases? But it’s also weird and has a neat song in the beginning? But I forget what it’s called/where to find it. Help?

Let’s discuss how unbelievably impossible it is to attain a Lucky Egg in FiredRed and LeafGreen.

Chansey has a max 4% appearance rate in Area 2 of the Safari Zone.

Chansey is abysmally hard to catch and runs away faster than most Pokemon.

It has a 5% chance of holding a Lucky Egg when caught.

Ignoring catch rate, that’s a .2% chance of getting a Chansey with a Lucky Egg. And that’s the only way to get one in those games.

OKAY OKAY OKAY so you know how certain men are SCARED of testicular cancer checks??? Having a stranger grab their balls? They could do this instead!!!

Nonononono do not advise men to forgo regular checkups and pee on a stick. That is terribly irresponsible of you!
“Just because the test helped this man get a positive cancer diagnosis doesn’t mean it’s a reliable tool everyone should use, according to the American Cancer Society.
The organization put the question to Ted Gansler, director of medical content, who wrote that “only a small minority of men” with testicular cancer have HCG levels high enough to be detected by a home pregnancy test. He added that “several non-cancerous conditions can cause false positive results.” According to Gansler, “current evidence does not indicate that screening the general population of men with a urine test for HCG (or with urine or blood tests for any other tumour marker) can find testicular cancer early enough to reduce testicular cancer death rates.” One thing men can do is be on the lookout for lumps in the testicles and see your doctor if you find one. Testicle pain or swelling and heaviness or aching in the lower abdomen are also possible signs of testicular cancer.Read more at http://www.snopes.com/medical/disease/pregnancytest.asp#izvJyoCR1bksDT7Q.99”

29 Celebrity Impressions, 1 Original Song

I love this

no amount of people talking about how good this is all day could adequately prepare me for how good this is

I was excited until I realized it was mostly voice-overs. All celebrity impressions, but done by different people.

(The song itself is really good, though. As in I want to buy the album because it’s well done)
